Effective for packs purchased via Kickstarter, shipped after June 2nd.

What's Covered:

• Stitching failures on non-load-bearing seams

• Zipper failures not due to overpacking or obstruction

• Buckle or hardware defects (e.g., cracked clip during normal use)

What’s Not Covered:

• Tears or rips resulting from loads over 60 lbs

• Rips caused by lifting using only one handle

• Cosmetic wear and tear (dirt, abrasions, stains)

• Modifications, customizations, or third-party repairs

• Use outside of intended outdoor activities (e.g., hauling equipment)

Process:

1. Register your pack using the warranty activation form.

2. If an issue arises, email us with photos and a description of the damage.

3. Our team will assess the claim and respond within 7 business days.

Resolution Options:

Depending on the issue and available inventory, TrailEagle may offer:

• Repair (if feasible)

• Replacement part

• Discounted replacement (if within warranty but user-caused)
