Limited Warranty

SCOPE OF LIMITED WARRANTY

This limited warranty applies only to backpacks manufactured and sold directly by TrailEagle Co., including:

• Kickstarter fulfillment units

• Remaining in-stock backpacks sold prior to December 31, 2024

This warranty is limited to the period during which TrailEagle Co. maintains active operations and available resources.

Warranty coverage does not extend beyond the conclusion of business operations.

FINAL OPERATIONS NOTICE

TrailEagle Co. will conclude active operations at the end of the calendar year.

​

While we will make reasonable efforts to address eligible warranty claims submitted prior to that time, no warranty services, replacements, or reimbursements are guaranteed after operations conclude.

All warranty support is subject to:

• Available inventory

• Available resources

• The operational status of the company at the time of the claim

WHAT’S COVERED

Under normal, intended outdoor or travel use, this warranty covers:

• Stitching failures on non-load-bearing seams

• Zipper failures not caused by overpacking or obstruction

• Buckle or hardware defects (e.g., cracked clips during normal use

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Damage from loads exceeding 60 lbs

• Rips or seam failures caused by lifting the pack using only one handle

• Cosmetic wear (abrasions, stains, dirt, discoloration)

• Damage from misuse, improper loading, or non-outdoor use

• Modifications, alterations, or third-party repairs

• Normal wear over time

WARRANTY PROCESS

1. Register your pack using the Warranty Activation Form.

2. If an issue arises, email traileaglepacks@gmail.com with:

   • Clear photos of the issue

   • A brief description of use and circumstances

3. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
   Responses are typically provided within 7 business days.

RESOLUTION OPTIONS

Due to limited remaining inventory and the conclusion of operations, approved claims may be resolved through:

• Repair (when feasible)

• Replacement hardware or components

• Discounted replacement from remaining inventory (if available)

Cash refunds are not guaranteed and may not be available once inventory is depleted.
